1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ClearOwed, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

ClearOwed provides automated email reminder services for outstanding invoices. We are not a collection agency and do not guarantee payment from your clients. We merely automate communication regarding overdue balances.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the invoice amounts, due dates, and client contact information entered into our system. You must ensure you have the legal right to bill the client for the stated amounts.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ClearOwed, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
